Genoa C.F.C was founded in 1893 while the football branch was activated in 1897. Club’s colours are red and blue, traditionally two pieced red and blue shirt with a blue short.

Club was founded by British people living in Italy back in late 1800’s. The club continued its existance by being open only to English citizens in the early days. C.F.C refers to Cricket and Football Club.
